CEO Founder of TV Vision Network Tampa Bay Channel 30
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Mr. Rios is responsible for overseeing across all functions the station’s operations, engineering, production, sales and marketing toward the expansion and growth of TV Vision Network worldwide. Mr. Rios’s career spans more than 24 years of business leadership experience where he focused on developing broadcast television, audio and video production divisions. Other television projects that he oversaw include companies targeting Latin America and the Caribbean such as Telemundo, Univision and La Cadena del Milagro. Mr. Rios also served as Executive Producer for a variety of commercial productions with noteworthy brands such as American Airlines, AT&T, Heineken, Carnival Cruise Lines and the Walt Disney Company.

TV Vision Network Channel 30 delivers a diverse mix of bilingual programming and a growing slate of original productions from music, sports, to comedy and reality-based series. Other programs include children, gospel and educational programming.

Hernando, Polk) approximately 1.7 million homes!
